Hello, I am Mandeep a priest in the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh. I hold a deep knowledge of Mantras, music and Indian Mythology. My yoga journey began at an early age when i was 11. I moved from my village of Amni to Rishikesh. I believe the best way to connect with someone is to make them laugh. So i use the techniques like Laughing meditation, silent walks, and dancing meditation.
