Hello i am Yogi Praful Upadhyay. I am Yoga Anatomy Teacher with a degree in Physical Therapy. I hold my expertize in Orthopedics and has a diploma in Sports Medicine from West Bengal. Being an expert in the area of posture imbalance, physical therapy and sedentary life disorders. I try to make my classes interesting by combining my knowledge with Yoga. Making students enjoy my sessions while they learn is my sole focus. Vast knowledge of Human Body helps me enviable among my students for Physiology and Anatomy.
