Ram Lakhan Tiwari was born in the year 1991 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh in the northern part of India. Currently, he has completed M.A in Yogic Sciences from Haridwar. He is serving as yoga instructor in both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in our Rishikesh and Haridwar center. He has conducted many yoga camps and seminars for army, in many schools and colleges. He has a good study of Raj Yoga, Hatha Yog Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Shiv Samhita, Goraksh Satak, Shat Darshan, Anatomy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy.
